Professional Event Coverage in Riyadh
On May 19, 2025, Stock Stop Ltd had the privilege of providing full media coverage for one of the most culturally significant evenings of the year in Riyadh — the event titled “The Words of Al-Badr and the Lens of Al-Faisal”, hosted at the King Fahad National Library. Organized by the Layan Foundation in collaboration with the Saudi Art Association, the event honored the poetic legacy of the late Prince Badr bin Abdulmohsin and the photography of Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saud.
The exhibition and award ceremony brought together members of the royal family, cultural figures, artists, and senior officials in a night dedicated to Saudi art, heritage, and creative expression. The project drew inspiration from the book Sunrise and Sunset, based on a painting by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal and poetry by Prince Badr.
Our role as the official production team for the Layan Foundation and Prince Faisal was to ensure discreet yet comprehensive event documentation. Stock Stop Ltd managed the entire production using our own professional camera crew and in-house equipment. We brought in a dedicated team experienced in high-profile events in Saudi Arabia, equipped to handle both logistical and creative aspects of the production.
Our setup included:
- One static camera placed strategically to record the stage without disruption.
- One mobile camera operator covering dynamic angles, crowd interaction, and spontaneous moments.
- One professional photographer capturing portraits, event highlights, and artistic details.
All equipment used was part of our internal gear inventory, including professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting tools, and backup systems.

Preparation and Coordination
To guarantee smooth delivery, we visited the King Fahad National Library a day prior to the event for a full site assessment. This pre-event visit allowed us to determine technical requirements, lighting conditions, power accessibility, and space for camera positioning.
On the day of the event, we conducted a second inspection early in the morning to recheck every piece of gear. Our General Manager was present during the evening to personally greet Prince Faisal and to ensure protocol and formalities were fully respected.
We also coordinated in advance with the two other camera crews covering the event, allowing for seamless integration and non-intrusive filming. Our shared aim was to capture the event from all critical angles without interrupting the ceremony or guest experience.
Post-Production and Delivery
Immediately after the event concluded, our team initiated a triple-backup data process to protect all footage and photographs. Files were transferred to the client the same evening to ensure secure and timely handover. Our workflow followed the same quality assurance standards we apply across all our international productions.
A Tribute Through Art and Production
Covering “The Words of Al-Badr and the Lens of Al-Faisal” was more than a documentation project. It was a meaningful contribution to a cultural moment that blended poetry, photography, and visual storytelling. The event not only honored two of Saudi Arabia’s most influential creative figures but also created a platform for emerging artists to engage with their legacy.
Stock Stop Ltd is proud to have played a role in capturing this evening of national significance. As part of our ongoing work across Riyadh and the Kingdom, we remain committed to supporting cultural and creative initiatives through thoughtful, professional, and respectful media production.
