Stock Stop handled filming and post-production for a corporate interview with Arabsat, recorded inside the client’s own office in Riyadh. We managed the cameras, lighting, sound and production coordination on the day, then edited the footage and delivered the finished interview that same afternoon. The entire shoot, from setup to wrap, took three hours. This is how it came together.
The office was the starting point. Rather than moving the interview to a studio, our job was to make the client’s own workspace work on camera. The crew arrived early to assess the room, the background and the available space before any equipment was unpacked. The office had large windows and strong natural daylight, which can easily overpower a frame if it is left unmanaged. Our gaffer positioned additional lights to balance the exposure against the windows and build a clean frame around the speaker, so the daylight became part of the look rather than something to correct later.
Once the room was resolved, our DOP set three cameras, combining Sony FX6 and FX3 bodies. Three is a deliberate choice for an interview. It gives the edit a wide, a medium and a close, so the editor can move between angles and keep the rhythm natural instead of holding a single frame for the full conversation. While the cameras were being set, our sound engineer prepared and tested the audio, then monitored it throughout the recording so every line of dialogue came through clearly.
Our producer stayed on set from arrival to wrap, coordinating the crew, managing the schedule and acting as the single point of contact for the client. On a three-hour window, clear responsibilities are what keep a shoot moving. Everyone knew their role, which meant preparation, recording and packing down all happened on time.
In post, the footage moved straight into the edit. Our editor cut between the three camera angles to shape the finished interview and delivered it the same afternoon as the shoot. For a corporate client, that speed matters: the content is ready to use while the message is still current.
