Intelier asked us to film and photograph a BCG office while it was being fitted out in the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh. An office fit out video only works if you shoot the space more than once, so we covered it during construction and again once it was finished.

Our scope was the filming and the photography. The edit stayed with the client, so we handed over the full set of material for their team to cut.
Planning an office fit out video
A before and after only holds together if the two visits match. Same angles, same lenses, same light. If the second shoot drifts, the viewer sees two different rooms instead of one room that changed.
On the first visit we logged every frame: where the tripod stood, the height, the focal length and the time of day. On the second visit we worked through the same list.
Filming on a live site
A fit out is a working site. Trades move, deliveries arrive, areas open and close through the day. We planned around the site team rather than asking them to stop, and we followed the safety rules of the building.
Photography ran alongside the video on both visits, so the stills line up with the frames in the film.
“A before and after only works if the second visit remembers the first.”
Stock Stop
Office fit out video is one of the ways Stock Stop supports teams in London and across the United Kingdom, and in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia, from first fix through to handover. See our corporate and event video service. Send us the site, the stages you want covered and your dates, and we will come back with a plan.
