Intima came to us through Vorvix to build anticipation ahead of their event in Riyadh. The brief was short: an event promo video with enough energy to pull people in before the doors opened. We made the promos first and then covered the event itself, so the same campaign ran from the build-up through to a record of the night.
There was no new shoot for the promos. We worked from archive footage and added stock where the archive left gaps, then graded the two together so the join does not show. An event promo lives or dies in the first two seconds: someone scrolling has already decided whether to stay, so the opening frame carries the job a title card used to do. We cut fast and rhythmic with the music setting the pace, and the track, by Dr. T, was what the edit was built around rather than laid over.
That approach is worth knowing about if your event is new or the footage you have is thin, because a promo does not always need a camera day. Both were framed and exported for social first, so they work vertically without the important part of the frame being cut away. A promo has two seconds to earn the next twenty.
Event promo video is one of the ways Stock Stop supports teams in London and across the United Kingdom, and in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. See our commercials and advertising service. Send us your date, what footage you already have and where it needs to run, and we will come back with a plan.
